A freelance beautician whose computer skills are, in her own words, woeful - we designed price lists, flyers, and lists of services that were simple, yet professional. Because we had discussed the clients ideas the brief was easily met. We produced sheets that can now be updated or revamped at any time, because we (uniquely), gave her back the files in a format that she could use herself.

A freelance HR consultant (whose investigation has been piecemeal) - we produced a lengthy report on an ad hoc basis. The report had been typed over the course of three months and, due to the nature of the work, had been copy typed from handwritten notes. Each draft of the document had been emailed to the client, and we also printed off a hard copy and posted his original notes, and the hard copy, to him for his use.

A client whose monthly workload fluctuates dramatically - in this instance a retainer contract proved to be ideal. The client easily met the minimum of 10 hours work per month and was happy with the minimum term of 6 months. He is free to terminate with one month's notice, but we know he won't as the retainer contract has allowed him to get on with his business, unfettered by secretarial administration.
